Collection matters placed with our law firm through one of several of the leading law lists in which we are listed, have special bonding protection. For example, The Columbia Law List (established in 1905) has our firm listed under the city of Cincinnati and the county of Hamilton if you click here. With this type of law list you may bond your claims up to $1,000,000 prior to sending the claims directly to our office.  Other lists and associations who provide this type of bonding for us are American Lawyers Quarterly, The General Bar, The National List, The Forwarders List and Clearing House Quarterly.

This type of bond provides many of our clients with the protection and comfort in knowing that their claims are insured against loss due to defalcation.  Many of our clients like us to make use of this bonding process, when we place claims for our clients with counsel in other states.
